Large taxis with spacious interiors and wheelchair ramps can easily facilitate both manual and electric wheelchairs to board and alight from the taxi conveniently. The height limit of the taxi is 140cm, including the wheelchair passenger; the width of the ramp is 70cm; the maximum load is 200kg (including the wheelchair and its passenger). Two additional passengers can board the taxi together with the wheelchair passenger.
Partnering with the Hong Kong Seeing Eye Dog Services, SynCab launched the first guide-dog friendly taxi in Hong Kong allowing visually impaired people to travel with their guide dogs. The large and spacious interior is comfortable for larger pets, making it easy for pet owners to book a taxi and take their pets out.
